Osprey Hydraulics 3L Reservoir - Review - Hydration ... from i.ytimg.com

It's nice to know your fluids are close by, and you don't have to deal with the bulk or weight of water bottles. When first introduced, hydration bladders were actually hydration packs. Even the best hydration bladder can easily go to waste if you don't take good.

I switched to using hydration bladders over bottles about 10 years ago and despite the faffing involved with cleaning and drying i wouldn't go back.

Unlike most hydration bladders, the osprey hydraulics comes with a rigid backplate. Hydration pack specialist osprey has been gradually expanding their range over the years, and for 2015 they've updated the syncro by putting it on a bit of a diet, with a the reservoir has an large cap that makes it easy to clean, and the whole thing holds it shape no matter how much water it's carrying. Well, this is said to be an important question for those thinking about the same. Keeping your hydration pack clean will make your long runs a little more enjoyable.
